Using the Checkin App
You will receive a login link by email so you can create a login. After setting that up:
1) Goto https://adultsoccergames.com/wp-admin
2) Goto the admin dashboard (you might have to click on icon at left in top black bar)
3) If you cannot see the Player Checkin link, click on the 3 bars on top left.
4) Click on the 1st game today if it is your first game. Click on the 2nd game if it is your 2nd game on the same day.
5) The game date defaults to today’s date. If you want to enter or adjust for another date, enter the date and press filter to get that date. You can go to previous dates to enter or edit.
5b) Enter Order# or name to find tickets. Best to ask for Order#.
6) Click on Use Ticket if they have tickets. For cash direct (no ticket). click no-ticket player and collect cash.
7) If it is a ticket order that is to paid with cash (not yet paid), you will see a “Got Payment” button. Collect the full order amount in cash before clicking this button. Once you click this button, you will be able to click to use a ticket.
8) If a player has a previous order but no tickets left, it is possible to add a no-pay ticket (meaning they owe for it). We only do that for players we know, and MAX 1 ticket.
9) If a player has tickets owed, the tickets of any new order will FIRST be used to pay down previous owed tickets. It is possible that the tickets will all be used to pay previously owed tickets leaving them unpaid for the current game. They must pay for owed tickets and the current game before they can play.
10) The app tracks your Management payment owing to you including the commission and adjusted by the cash you collected. Click on Manager Report button at the top. It will show a player list and a cumulative balance owing to you, or due from you if collected a lot of cash. The app will keep a running total over time. We will settle up whenever the balance gets too big either way, or whenever you want.
11) Make sure the cash amount collected is correct. If not add cash players until it matches the amount of cash you collected.
Free games. Check in each player with a $0 cash ticket so we have correct numbers.

Your Schedule. You can see your proposed schedule for next while by clicking on the My Game Shifts button.
